Plecostomus can live about 10 years and maybe longer
They will grow to at least 24" if space permitted, but they rarely exceed 12" in an aquarium.
Pleco constantly clean algae off the surfaces of your aquarium. They are very good aquarium fish, but they are not a substitute for cleaning your aquarium or water change. |
